Originally started in the "pampas" of Rio Grande do Sul as "homecooking"three centuries ago. In the 1960's the pioneers introduced the style of grilling to the churrascarrias.Our very unique concept has been perfected by our chefs, also called gaucho's.Tradicao pronounced tra-dee-son means tradition.
